| PHPProLance is commercial software, only users who have purchased a valid license through phpprolance.com and agree to the terms of this EULA can Install our product. |

| This EULA is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a legal entity) and PHPProLance. |
| |
| The software will be referred to herein as the “Software Product”. The “Software Product” is protected by copyright laws of England and Wales. PHPProLance retains copyright to the “Software Product”. The “Software Product” is licensed, not sold. |

| PHPProLance retains ownership of the Software and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist. This licence is not a sale of the original Software or any copies. |

PHPProLance contains sets of scripts, and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation, such as administration and installation manual and layout customization guidelines.
By purchasing, installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using PHPProLance, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. |

| This license prohibits selling, licensing, giving away, or otherwise distributing the source code for any of the scripts contained in “Software Product”, either in full or any subpart thereof or any how modified. Nor may you use this source code, in full or any subpart thereof, as part of another program that you either sell, license, give away, or otherwise distribute via any method. You may modify the source code to customize the "look and feel" and functionality of the “Software Product” for your personal usage on the licensed installation only. Subsequently below is definitions of these terms. |

1) Selling.
You are not permitted to physically sell our product either in person, via mail or the internet. You can not sell it for money, credits or in exchange for other software. |

2) Licensing.
You are not authorised to license the Software Product to an individual, company or group. |
| |
3) Giving away.
You are strictly prohibited to not send or distribute as a download the zipped, winrar'd or full product to a 3rd thirty by any means including emailing, P2P Software’s, ftp etc. |

| The license for our products permits you to one installation per license, but you may also install the software for development purposes as long as the software is inaccessible from the internet OR member registrations are disabled so that it cannot be used to manage a live site and is only operable to test modifications, etc. |

| No refunds are given and all sells are final. By initiating a chargeback using one of our online payment processors you are intending to break these terms. You will then be liable to pay us your full order which may include Branding Free, Installation, and Custom Theme(s), Modifications and the software product as well as the fee for breaking these terms. This is detailed later on in this document. |

| This license is non transferable, you may not re-sell this product or any of the code included in any way. You must not lease, rent, and re-distribute the product to any party without the developer’s prior written consent and approval. |

| You may not remove or edit the copyright information and credits for our software or any indication of copyright throughout the site/source code. By purchasing a Branding Free License it legally permits you to remove the 'Powered By PHPProLance/Copyright' notice on viewable front end pages however you are not permitted to re-brand the software. All credits, copyright information within the source code must stay intact. |

| We give no warranty or guarantee for the program. |
| |
| You are solely responsible for the use of the program and any content you display using the program. |
| |
| All customers must submit the URL where they are using or plan to use each license. |
| |
| PHPProLance reserve the right to terminate your license if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. In such an event, you, the client, agree to destroy any copies of the software, installation and license key. |

| WE HOLD NO LIABILITY OVER DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM OUR PRODUCTS USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS, LOSS OF BUSINESS. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU. |

| If this terms are broken in anyway or form you may be subjected to a fine of £100 (GBP) at the bare minimum up to the maximum of £520 (GBP). |

| PHPProLance reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. |
